The original activity’s name is “Represent colors by number.” Students learn image representation of pixel images and data compaction by expressing an array of numbers. The activity remixes “Forming human letter” by corresponding one pictogram to each pixel. Figure 1 shows arrangements, which can represent continuous number of same color’s human pictograms “0131, 131, 5, 131, and 131.
